Syrah worked under minimum intervention and with the right extraction, to obtain a wine of great drinkability, varietal character, young, short but marked upbringing, attractive and very accessible.

IN THE CELLAR
WINE MAKING: Grape selection in the field and in the winery. 100% destemmed. Fermentation and gentle maceration, gentle extraction, indigenous yeasts (no oenological product is used that is not sulphurous in low doses), manual work of the hat during maceration-fermentation. Natural clarification. Bottling with soft filtration.
ASSEMBLY: Syrah 95%
AGEING: 5 months in Stainless steel, new French oak and jar.
