If there is a place on Earth where I can truly feel at peace, that is undoubtedly our small winery. The old family winery, which closed its doors in the 1960s with the arrival of cooperativism, is today the new Sentencia winery.
It is literally a garage winery, in which we have carried out restoration work on the old mud and cement presses, where we make some of our wines. Some of the walls of these presses maintain sufficient humidity and a constant temperature in a small room where the wines mature in French oak barrels of different sizes. A third room with stainless steel tanks will be used for assembly and finally bottling.
